Interview time!
Hello all! So today I had an interview for House of Fraser and it actually went really well! Like any interview, especially in retail, trying to choose what to wear was a bloody nightmare! Luckily my lovely new kimono came this morning so it was nice to have something fresh, that I haven't worn before. I kept it quite simple with just a plain vest, trousers and distressed boots, so I didn't feel uncomfortable and to over the top (although the whole 'lipstick on the teeth' was in the back of my mind throughout!). I was so nervous, but luckily the interviewer was very nice and my friend Shannon (who already works there) was around too offer me a little reassurance! Funny thing is, I actually enjoyed doing the interview! I had styling and selling tasks, along with talking about the latest trends - it was all things I would just do for fun. It seemed to end on a positive note so fingers crossed I will get the job. If not I am just lucky to have actually got an interview in the first place! It's just nice to be at home and chilling now and I hope everyone has had a loverly day :) Only 1 day left until the weekend - WUT WUT! Excited?

ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean about not knowing what to wear for an interview!!! It drives me crazy, it's like should I be conservative and be the opposite of me or simply dress the way that expresses myself! ahhhh! Love your boots though!
